Custom 450 Stearman
Here are the custom sheetmetal panels that Don Prim made between the firewall and dishpan. The owner liked them so much he decided to polish them. Also we mounted the oil cooler on the belly with a custom fairing made by Grove Aircraft.
Don Prim also modified the BT-13 exhaust for us.
Here is a Custom 450 Stearman we did a few years back. It was a complete ground up restoration.
Some custom details included the four aileron system we made with servo tabs on the lower wings. The oil tank is located in front of the front instrument panel. We also took a BT-13 dishpan and modifed it along with modifying a Beech 18 cowling. Then we had made some nice custom aluminum panels made to fill the gap. They are dzused on and have louvers. We mounted the oil cooler on the belly and had Grove Aircraft make us a cool fairing for it.
We would like to thank Addison Pemberton for all his help and Don Prim for helping with the custom sheetmetal panels.
