C3B Custom Sheetmetal
Here is the finished gear fairings that Brian made. Under the faring is a custom made shock absorber.
Bottom panel finished. Held on with original stlye clips. The oil tank was fabricated by Brian. Here you can se the metal hoop with the tabs that hold the pins.
The left side sheetmetal and door getting fit.
Left side with beading done along with louvers. Ready for prep and paint.The custom exhaust was hi temp coated. Top door is oil and lower is primer.
Here are a few picturesof some of the custom sheetmetal work. Bottom panel nearing completion. You can see the custom airbox that Brian fabricated.
The top one piece panel being test fit. There is a metal hoop under the cowl with tabs attached that will hold the pins.
