About Us
Classic Air is owned by Brian & Christine Newman. They have been restoring and maintaining old airplanes since 1990. Brian is a A&P/IA, and a private pilot with over 1,000hrs in tailwheel and flying different antiques.

In addition to Brian maintaining Classic Air he also worked for Poly Fiber for 3 years running a separate restoration shop, and since 1996 has been traveling to the big airshows doing the covering forums and their seperate weekend workshops.

In June of 2006 Brian & Christine moved the business(Classic Air) and their family(Ryan & Nicholas) from southern California to Caldwell, Idaho. Classic Air is now located at Caldwell Airport.

Classic Air is a family run business and performes everything from routine maintenance and annuals to complete award wining restorations.
