Current Projects
We are building a custom 450 Stearman for Glen Salmon. here are some of the mods we are doing.
The fuselage has a 21 gallon approved header tank. Custom metal around cockpit area. Custom vintage looking windshields. Headrest and custom baggage door. Front cockpit cover with custom baggage door. Complete wood floor in both cockpits. Firewall forward will have a Aero Engines R985 with a speed ring around it. A Beech 18 prop along with fuel injection.
We are rebuilding a 220 Stearman for Roger Knutzen after a run in with a power pole. The airplane cartwheeled and ended up on its back after engine problems on take off. Luckily no one was injured.
We have built new wings and center section. We replaced all of the tail feathers. We also spliced on a new aft fuselage section from the baggage area back.
